What color code do i need to use to enable discord dark mode?

Discord dark mode is a popular feature for its users who wish to have their chats displayed in a darker theme. To enable this feature, users need to know what color code to use. Although different color codes can be used for enabling dark mode, here we will discuss the steps for using a specific code that makes it easy and efficient.

The first step is to locate and select the gear icon located in your server list on the left side of the window. Once you've clicked on it, select "Appearance" in the next window. Now navigate to the bottom of this page where you will find an option labelled "Enable Experimental Dark Theme". Check the box next to it and click "Save Changes" at the bottom right corner of your screen.

To apply a specific colour code, look for "Text Color" and select it from the drop-down menu where you will be presented with some colour choices. For a darker theme, use #2f3136 as your color code which is blacker shade blue-grey mix along with #292a2b for background colour which is darker grey or navy blue depending on your display settings or preferences. You are free to choose different shades that suit you best but make sure they don't clash with each other too much or else it may affect chat visibility and readability . Once these changes are made, save them again and you should now be ready to enjoy Discord dark mode!
